Accessing the Purchasing System
All RES Purchasing requests are processed through the RES online purchasing system. Complete the Access Request Form, then e-mail the completed form to respurchasing@berkeley.edu. All requests must be approved by the PI prior to processing. You will need the following information:
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. After you receive an e-mail confirming that your access has been granted, you will need to enter the online purchasing system and create a password.
While your access request is being processed, you may e-mail your purchase request to respurchasing@berkeley.edu. Please include:
- Vendor name
- Catalog number
- Quantity needed
- Chartstring
- Delivery Address
- Requestor Name
