Stanley Stockroom The Stanley Stockroom is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Johann Yopp, your Fisher representative, will be on-site from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday. Orders placed by RES-affiliated researchers on fishersci.com by 1:30 p.m. can be delivered within one hour on the same day, or can be picked up in person within 15 minutes of placing the order. All orders placed after 1:30 will be delivered the next morning or can be picked up by the customer until 3:30. Note: for individuals not affiliated with RES, delivery service is unavailable. Also, orders must be picked up by close of business on day after order is placed or order will be cancelled and items restocked. To gain access to the "virtual stockroom," please complete a Stanley Stockroom Access Request Form (note that there are two different forms for RES and non-RES individuals). Return forms to jcaniezo@berkeley.edu. If you come down to the stockroom to shop, you can use an onsite computer to check out the products. Although access to the entire stockroom is limited after 4 p.m., there will be a number of "Emergency" supplies available in the ungated area. The process for check-out will be the same as during normal business hours. If there are products you would like to see added to the stockroom inventory, please let us know by sending us an e-mail with the vendor, catalog number, description and size that you would use on a regular basis to stanleystockroom@berkeley.edu. Fermentas Freezer Use of the Fermentas freezer is not part of the regular stockroom inventory. Instead, the freezer has its own check-out system. Please use the sign-in sheet on top of the freezer to provide your name, PI, chartstring, catalog # of what you took and a short description. There is a flier in the stockroom listing all of the products available from the freezer. |
